I'm looking for a female roommate to share a 2BR/1BA apartment. The
duplex has two identical size of BRs, one shared BA, kitchen, living
room and a little balcony extended from the living room. The free
parking lot is right by the building. The surroundings is safe & quiet
and the neighbors are nice, mostly professionals and graduate
students.

It is located off Nifong, 10 mins of drive to the main campus, walking
distance to Gerbs and 5 mins of drive to Walmart. The rent for the
whole apartment is $465/month without utilities (electric, gas,
internet etc.). If counting in utilities, it's around $350/person/
month. The lease of the apartment renews annually. You can move in
