Event Schedule:
June 9 (Sunday), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
June 15 (Saturday), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
June 16 (Sunday), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Venue: Ateneo Blue Eagle Gym, Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola
Heights, Katipunan, Quezon City
1. Booth Lay-out and Checklist c/o Angel
* Selling Booth (indoor, 2 x 2 meters, see attached for pictures)
* One-on-One Blind Volleyball Challenge (outdoor, same size as
football shooting challenge?)
o Mechanics:
+ Partners (two players) must first register at the booth
+ Upon registering, they shall be given a stub to
present at the activity area
+ First to reach five points shall win a prize
+ Only the first five partners to register can get a
chance to win the Infinity Run Singlet, the rest shall
get the Infinity Run Shirts
* Banners for display inside and outside
2. Selling Items c/o Fern
3. Blind Volleyball Prizes and Game Ball c/o Joel
4. Double-Checking if all items and modules are complete c/o Joel
5. Online Announcements c/o Mikee
* Can we make a simple e-blast of the Blind Volleyball Challenge we
can post at the Ateneo Open FB Page?
