Error in `dplyr::mutate()`:

Hello, 

I was able to run MixVir successfuly for a while, but now I'm receiving the following error message when I run samp_mutations:  

I can't find the origin of the error and I'm not sure why this is happening, since I'm running exactly the same commands as before.
