Stir Bars not spinning

Hey all,

Everything is running on our turbi except the stir bars. The motors are not spinning at all. Any suggestions on what faults in the system might cause the stir bar motors to not run while everything else (including the OD measurement hardware) is fully functioning?

I had this same problem when I set mine up. Chris walked me through troubleshooting it. Ultimately it involved reprogramming the OD board with a different hex file that Chris provided. I'll let Chris handle the details.

Yeah there was a source control "mishap" and I lost the binary for one of the mainboard version. Would you mind reading off the version number or posting a photo of the board?

Hi Chris,

I'm posting a photo of the mainboard we're using. The production files were downloaded on July 6, 2016. I'm not sure what you mean by 'version number' - if the picture isn't enough info, can you clarify?

Can you supply a photo of the chamber PCB? That's where stirring is controlled.

yeah looks like you're stricken by the same problem. Try loading the attached hex file.
