Data Size

Hi,

what are the limits on the size of data in Mixmod? I have a 1d data
with 5926191 entries. Is there anything I can do?

MIXMOD ERROR (1) :Number of lines too large

Hello,

Mixmod can treat some very large data set.
But, I have set a sofware limitation (1000000 samples) to avoid memory
problem. But if your computer could treat such data set, I can tell you
how do to increase this number (1000000).
You will have to recompile Mixmod...

Dear Florent,

I would much appreciate how to reset the max allowable size. I tried
to find the place where it is set myself, but could not. Also, if you
could advise me on how to recompile the code I would be very
greatful.

<mixmodDir>/SRC/XEMUtil.h : const int maxNbSample = 1000000; // could
be changed
But you have to rebuild Mixmod (see userguide: configure, make, make
install).
If you work on Windows, it is not simple. So I could build a nex executable.
If you are on Linux, no problem (with gcc)
