matlab without any text files

i ran mixmod on matlab but it created many text files for input/
output.
do you have any version which can communicate with Matlab?

Hello,

In the current version, Mixmod and Matlab communicate via text files.
I known that it is not the best way to do and we want change that (for
the future versions).
