Dear members I am new to mixmod my query is how to use Fisher
discriminant analysis for segmenting a particular image into 3 classes
or regions .

Dear Mixmod user,

Fisher discriminant analysis is simply obtained with the model
"Gaussian_p_L_C".

Thus, follow the process described in Section 3.3.3 pages 19-20 of the
userguide available on the Mixmod website by using the model
"Gaussian_p_L_C".
