Ok folks, this email will have a bunch of Info, so please read the whole thing. 

I'm sorry it is coming so late, but we had a lot of moving parts. 

tl:dr version - first games each day at 9am

Seeding : Seeds are done, pools are up, I listened to input when possible.  

Schedule : Elite is standard Vanilla 16 teams. Easterns is 12 teams, 4 pools of 3. These pools each play all of their games against teams in another pool. This is to preserve rounds/number of games etc. Working on crackets, Sat should be mostly up. 

Crossovers : Top Finisher in each Elite Pool have a last round bye. Top 4 from each Easterns pool play crossover against bottom finishers from Elite pools(with the caveat that if two teams from one Easterns pool beat all 3 from another they'll take the spot of that pool's winner). 2nd and 3rd place teams play placement crossovers. 

Results : Please please report results from your games promptly. We'll have someone manning Frisbee Central all day both days, so please get your result on the computer and the whiteboard. 

Captains Meeting : 8:30 at Frisbee Central. It'll be short. 

Cones : Lower seed on each field, for the first game of the tourn please pick up a stack of 8 cones and cone your field. 

Water : We'll have water on all fields, and people driving around filling jugs. If you're empty, please put the small bucket(the stand) on top of your water jug. 

Trainer : We will have a trainer on-site, next to Frisbee Central. 

Breakmark will be on-site selling merch, and they will have your captains bag, one for each team. 

Please get as many of your players as possible rostered. Anyone not rostered needs to fill out a USAU insurance form. If not a paid member, they will also need to pay a single-event fee of $15 with this form filled out
