I can’t edit the spreadsheet. Not sure what’s up with that.

For myself I’ll probably spice it up a little with some more core and maybe more exotic cutting patterns, but at a minimum you should be doing the written workout or some equivalent. If you want to be real good and fit, and not think after tournaments that you should have worked harder, then aim for a minimum of 5 days of activity a week.

Typically a group of us will be doing the workouts at 7pm Thursday at MIT’s Track. I can’t run it this week since my foot got infected by that pond slop we played in. Could someone step up and take over?

A few points....

1. I didn't receive an email about the existence of this spreadsheet until Dillon's email 17 minutes ago....
2. And now I only have view only access

3. Seems like I shouldn't even be eligible to be burned by the 30 rack rule. Also seems like whoever created the rule and whoever created the spreadsheet owe the view only crew a 30 rack!! 
4. Shall we include the "official" Thursday 7pm workouts in the schedule tab? I will be there!

I'm going to try to run this today at 6:30 at the MIT track before my summer league game assuming the weather doesn't suck too bad.

My guess is that the reason some people didn't get the e-mail is Buck doesn't have permission to post to all the lists so it didn't go out to everyone. I'm going to create a 2015 list today so we won't have that problem.

So basically Buck owes us a rack for being a dick as we never received the initial email about the spreadsheet and can't access it anyway. Thanks, Buck.

The MIT track is closed until mid July for construction so we need another place to do the track workouts.
