Internet User Experience Conference 2010
The MI UPA hosts the sixth annual IUE conference featuring top
industry speakers on Web site design and strategy.
Ann Arbor, MI April 16, 2010-- The Michigan Usability Professionals’
Association (MI UPA) will host its sixth annual Internet User
Experience (IUE) Conference at Washtenaw Community College July 24
through July 29.
The conference promotes user experience design, graphics, branding,
messaging, social networking, accessibility, and effective web writing
to enhance customers’ experience. Top industry speakers,
practitioners, and authors will present information about Internet
user experience design using training, case studies, and real-world
examples.
The IUE will also feature inspired and directional keynote
presentations from:
• Peter Morville, Semantic Studios
• Susan Weinschenk, Human Factors International
• Dan Klyn, Flannel
This conference grows every year and has captured international
attention. The MI UPA urges interested individuals to come and
participate as world-renowned speakers and trainers cover aspects of
Web site design and strategy, including usability, marketing,
branding, social networking, accessibility, and more. Tutorials will
be offered on creating storyboards, personas, conducting usability
testing, and more.
The IUE attracts a wide spectrum of professionals working in
usability, Web development, visual design, marketing, advertising, and
sales. Conference sponsors include UsableWorld, LLC, Usable
Development, the Michigan UPA, and Washtenaw Community College
Internet Professional Program.
Submissions are being accepted through April 30th, and registration
begins on May 1st.
IUE2010 also begins during Ann Arbor’s Art Fair and Ypsilanti’s
