Final Schedules for Wed & Thur

Dear all,

The Chinese C-Function is finally coming! We had great marketing campaign - thanks to Dennis's effort in planning, also thanks to Bibo's great tea and Jossy's elegant bookmarks and everyone's promotion!

Would love to talk about the final schedules for Wed & Thur:

Wed

5:30 - 7pm: Final logistics & role assign discussion - Walker Memorial basement (Everyone)

7pm - 8pm: Discussion with DJ on sound requirement & pass on music to him - Walker  

                  Memorial  (Performance lead, Operations) 

8pm - 10pm: Rehearsal - Walker Memorial (Performers)

Thur

Everyone has to go to Walker Memorial by 5pm!

11:30am-1pm: Move-in, set-up, decorations (we need volunteers to help!)

4:30pm - 6pm: Move-in, set-up, decorations, Costume changing, make-up, practice, 

                      food etc (everyone)

              6pm: DJ come in, and start set-up

6pm - 7:45pm: Rehearsal 

              8pm: C-Function starts

3 more days before Chinese C-Function!! Detailed role assign sheet will be sent out tomorrow.
