Mitranscriptome is an amazing work, but i have several questions wish you can help a little.

1) I really cant figure out how to calculate these three values, and the relationship between them.
2) About the fpkm.tsv file, I noticed their are some columns of different tissues, so how to distinguish the fpkm value and the sample type, such as cancer, normal and so on?

sorry about my terrible english

Hello,

To answer your questions. the percentile values were calculated by identifying the Nth percentile expression value on a per cohort basis. So that number will change depending on what samples are being analyzed. So "prostate 99th percentile" will be the value of the sample with the 99th %ile expression.
