search using Assembly Transcript ID (or Assembly Gene ID)

Hello, 

I would like to know how can one search Mitranscriptome using Assembly Transcript ID (or Assembly Gene ID).

For example searching for "HOTAIR.1"  gives Assembly Transcript ID T079545 .

However searching for "T079545" gives nothing?

Hello,

In the attached file, you will see the metadata for all of the transcripts found on the website. If the transcript you are looking for is not in this file, it was not one of the most differentially expressed transcripts that we included in the site. 

The column: "tid" will have the transcript ID. And the column "func_name_final" contains the transcript name used on the website that you can use for your searching.
