get expression values of all genes (lncRNAs and protein-coding genes)

Hi,

I want to get expression values of all genes (lncRNAs and protein-coding genes), how to get this for particular type of cancer and how to convert MiTranscriptome transcript ID to gene name.

A file like this is not readily accessible on the site in its current form. We are sorry about that. The assembly.gtf file that is available to download on the site should contain any information regarding overlap with reference genes.
