Hi,
I downloaded the lncRNA expression data, which includes expression values from different samples, could I ask there is corresponding normal tissue information about the samples? which samples are from normal tissues? especially for samples such as "95d8884d-0961-4070-be07-55dce4c7bc8f", or where can i get tissue information for this kind of sample id? Thanks

Hello,
There is also a "Library information" file in the downloads tab of the site that should have this information. "cancer progression" will delineate cancer from normal.
