Procedure to get the Degree and Migration Cerificate

I am sending the procedure to obtain the degree. Left the previous mail, the Send button was clicked by mistake.
Documents Required
- Get a photocopy of all your semester mark sheets (5 copy of final semester)
- Get your enrollment slip, provided by the college in first or second year having the Vikram University enrollment no
- Also get the photocopy of No Dues certificate generated at the time of refunding of Deposit money. You will need this for your TC as I feel that you still have not got your TC. You need the copy of TC to get your Migration Certificate. If you don’t have this and you require TC you have to again get the No Dues form filled and signed by concerned people.
- Photocopy of TC
- Photocopies of Enrollment Certificate
Steps
- First write an application for TC in the name of the director of the college.
- Provide this application to Mr Kavishwar to get the TC and Character Certificate. Get the Photocopy of the TC.
- In between ask Mr Kavishwar for Enrollment Certificate. ( In this your RGPV enrollment number is written )
- Get it stamp with the director’s Stamp by Mr Kavishwar and attested by the Director. Get 3-4 Photocopy of this.
- Ask Mr Kavishwar for 2 copy of Degree form.
- Fill them and get them checked by Mr Kavishwar
- Now ask Mr Kavishwar to stamp all the documents with the director’s stamp.
- Now make 3 separate groups of the documents
- All documents required for the Degree application (This is specified in the form) attach 1 photocopy of enrollment certificate
- All documents required for the Migration application (This is specified in the form) attach 1 photocopy of enrollment certificate
- And the 3 final semester mark sheets and one copy of enrollment certificate if left (or any future purpose).
- Go to director and get all the documents attested by him. (Check in the Migration form it, if it is written attested there, ask the director to write attested on the documents)
- Staple the two groups of documents for degree and migration. Keep the rest documents for future use or requirement.
- Go to Union Bank, fill the challan form for Degree and Migration (form is same; you have to fill separate form for each).
- With the Challan form itself you have to provide the documents ( I am not sure about this, as I had submitted my forms at Union Bank, branch RGPV, Bhopal)
- If they don’t accept the documents at Union Bank, Mandsaur. Send the Documents with including the University copy of the challan in the respective envelopes at RGPV, Bhopal.
It specifies that you took admission in the institute year so and so and completed your degree in so and so year.
And your RGPV enrollment number so RG-99-6121
It is just for your information and Mr kavishwar will get it done for you.
If everything goes alright, you will get your degree and migration in a month or so. You can call me for any assistance.
The issue is to complicated enrollment number is not written on the mark sheets of the students with vikram university as nodal center.
If you have enrollment number written on your mark sheets, there is no need of Enrollment Certificate.
Also If you have time, please ask Mr Kavishwar, how to get the enrollment number written on the mark sheet or to get new mark sheets from Ujjain
It will avoid any complicacies for people looking for further studies.
