Department of Management Studies Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi Presents Workshop on "Institution Building: Creating an Institute of Excellence" Dear Sir/Ma’am, Warm Greetings! It is our delight to introduce you to the workshop on "Institution Building: Creating an Institute of Excellence" to be organized at IIT Delhi. The workshop aims at enabling the participants to draw a route map for their institutions, capitalizing on their unique strengths and opportunities and achieving excellence in personal leadership, institutional leadership & academic leadership. Content of the workshop: What makes Harvard No.1 Governance and Excellence Personal Leadership Institutional Leadership Academic Leadership Attracting and retaining faculty Research and publications Getting the best students in Systems and Processes Development planning Workshop Dates: 25th to 28th October, 2012. Workshop Timings: The programme shall begin at 9:00 a.m. on 25th October and close at 2 p.m. on 28th October 2012. Workshop Venue: 4th Floor, Department of Management Studies, Vishwakarma Bhawan, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, IIT Delhi. Workshop Fee: Rs. 20,000/- (non residential) per participant. The fee would include certification, faculty fee, course material, stationery and working lunch/tea/coffee during the breaks. Certification: IIT, Delhi shall issue a certificate of participation to all participants of the workshop.
