Restraining the Suicidal Types

With a couple of failed spells and no other obvious ideas, one of the Wodinfolk points to the rear of the ship and tells party members to go grab rope. 

They motion you over to the wodinfolk warrior that's it's taking four warriors to hold down. Vesser, being a sailor, is good with rope and quickly is able to secure the warrior. The Wodinfolk let him go and he struggled on the deck. They then go to help hold down Calima and Annadin and help tie them up as well.

"They'll be fine in a while" One of the older warriors says.

After Figol has a few minutes to rest he does another round of sleep spells. For the sake of expediency he eventually succeeds and all the effected individuals are asleep. The warriors who were rowing all looked tired and the boat begins to slow. They set the sails again and begin to go with the wind, hoping they are clear of the Sirens. They ask Darc to stay alert for a while since he doesn't seem to be driven mad by the Siren's song.

Figol is about to pass out. Even if he sleeps the rest of the night, he'll probably be tired tomorrow.

((OOC: I'll post arrival back soon when I have time. I'm going to do my best to find some admin time soon so I can push experience out to everyone.))

An exhausted Figol looks around at the sleeping members he has magically induced into sleep and decides to join them. He quietly shuffles over to Sirius and discreetly passes the bracelet over to him, then finds the nearest place to crash and Falls into a deep slumber.

ooc:  Not that I mind that you cut the encounter short, but Sirius' plan was to plug his own ears, in case the sirens continued to get a roll each round to control him and others.  Then he was going to get the bracelet back from Figol and move between the sirens and the crew.  In that spot, he was going to start casting mega-hex avert.  Caught between needing to go to the sirens and needing to get away from Sirius, the people would have fallen down prone. 

"Good job, Figol."  Sirius says when the emergency is over.

OOC: I expected a giant rope out of Sirius if given the bracelet. Avert may have been interesting. The Sirens would have affected more people each round had the group not had any acute hearing types...but since it very clearly affected the acute hearing types first, the party got warning and the Wodinfolk turned the ship away. 

IC:

Sirius now has the bracelet, most everyone who isn't currently on duty on the ship try to get some sleep. Anyone who wants to sleep with something in their ears has that option.

OOC: Nils -- woke up early this morning to try and get a post out. Unfortunately, it isn't done and I'm heading into work for another weekend 12 hour shift (For those who don't follow my schedule, I work 7 day stretches with 12 hour days frequent occurrences, then get a 2-3 day break to catch up on life). 

So know that it's coming soon (hopefully tonight if I am not unconscious when I get home). I'd have it out within an hour or two if I could easily do it from my phone like Thail, but posts that require updating the game calendar, reviewing old posts for consistency, etc require me to actually sit at my computer for an extended period without a 1.5 or 3 year old jumping on my head or bashing on the keyboard ("Let me help daddy!" has cost me many a good e-mail opportunity ^_^ )

Stuff to be covered: Getting back, checking on Violet, instructions from afar, some Wodinpolitics, a clue?!? Time will tell (And hopefully not much time)). I'm also seriously behind on admin for the same reasons as above. When I finally get it done, I'll put out PMs about attributes.
