Location: Mumbai

Salary: Rs. 2 L pa to Rs. 4 L pa

Job Description: Identifying New / complete and proposed projects in the MMR region.

·         Maintain Database of all listing of properties from primary data (New and Proposed Construction)

·         Maintain Secondary supply database from portfolios

·         Do a Qualitative and Quantitative check on the complete supply database

·         Help Research and IRO teams to prepare white papers and portfolio statements

·         Screens potential transaction (Supply) deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials

·         Develop option Sheets, coordinate and conduct site visits

·         Develops negotiating and close transaction for supply team.

·         Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential at all times

·         Updates knowledge by participating in reviews for the entire team, promotional opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in other professional organizations/events

·         Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for new opportunities and to add value to job accomplishments.
