Job Title: Inside Sales Associate
Job Location: Pune
Job Description:
Perform extensive market research using sources like websites, cold calls, LinkedIn, spoke etc.
Create target database of companies and target audience therein.
Identify and solicit potential clients via appropriate medium - telephone, Internet and email to meet sales goals.
Perform secondary research for mapping the company / Industry / vertical / business by cold calling.
Conduct surveys, map and learn the IT and operational landscape of the prospect and identify the right business opportunities.
Develop an exciting and inviting script based on specific objectives, to set appointments with the prospects.
Make Cold calls and scheduled calls to the identified target companies and fix appointments for telecons with VP Sales.
Make calls to the U.S for various campaigns and sell specific services over the phone.
Qualify and re-qualify the leads.
Exercise regular and persistent follows up with prospects
Record data into online CRM in order to manage leads track the pipeline and assist in forecasting.
Generate MIS reports and analyze and present the data.
Conduct other ongoing sales operational requirements such as competitive analysis, market assessment, and company profiling and opportunity assessment reports.
Salary: Rs. 1.68 L pa to Rs 2.16 L pa
