Job Description: Maintaining a profile in the professional and business communities with IT Software/ Hardware, Industrial Automation, Mechanical Design Domain for fresher as well as staffing services.
· Visiting different companies and giving presentation on the services.
· Interfacing with clients and gathering details to fill various profiles on independent basis.
· Responsible for Presales to after sales service.
· Lead generation activities, preparing database, cold calling.
· Market Intelligence - Researching and identifying high-potential prospects.
· Proposal preparation, rate negotiations and closing the deal.
· Skilled in cold calling, consultative selling, negotiating contracts, forming alliances and partnering with others.
· Conduct sales and marketing calls for meetings with potential clients.
· Call and personally visit potential, new and existing customers to facilitate new business.
· Perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings.
· Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
· Maintaining client relationship.
