Students who have
applied for ICICI Bank have to report tomorrow, (26/06/13, Wednesday) at the Placement
Cell at 7:30 am for an Online Occupational Personality Questionnaire
Instructions for Online Occupational Personality
Questionnaire -
You
are provided with a unique User name and Password to complete the
registration.
Password is case sensitive and you need to *COPY-PASTE* the respective user ID and password. (Your Unique User name and Password will be
given to you at 7:30 am)

System will prompt you to change your password. Registration is system
requirement.
·
During registration you would need to enter your first name, last name (please
put your "Campus Name" after your last name)
e.g
last name would be "SURNAME CAMPUS
NAME"
·
Please enter Employee ID - 0 (Zero)
·
Please select Employee status - Candidate
· The
questionnaire is not time bound. However, it would be advisable to complete the
assessment within 45 minutes to an hour.
·
Clear instructions are given at the outset of the exercise - Please read them
completely. The questionnaire consists of a number of WebPages having 104 questions each having 4 statements - out of
which you must choose one statement which is most like you and one that is
least like you.
·
Unless you select one most likely and one least likely answer, system will not
allow you to go to next page. Also system will not allow going back and changing the answers. Please put yourself in
a work situation while answering the questions and not social settings.
·
Please answer as truthfully and consistently with your feelings. There are
inbuilt checks in the questionnaire to detect faked results. Do not
ponder too long on questions and try to guess
what ICICI Bank will be looking for.
·
There is no right or wrong answer. We would advise you to go with your first
instincts and respond spontaneously.
·
Please ensure there are no distractions while you are taking the OPQ and
complete it in one sitting. There should be no breaks while responding to the questionnaire.
· Your
report would only be accessible to the right authority.
At the
end of the questionnaire, there will be 2 finish buttons, please do not forget
to click that, else the report will not get generated.
