Job Title: Management trainee for US Mortgage Process (Non Voice)

Location: Pune

Job Description: Candidates shall undergo training for 6 months which includes class room and on the job training on various aspects of Mortgage process. At the end of the training the candidate will be ‘Confirmed’ and is expected to independently handle processing / pre-underwriting activities. Competent candidates will also be evaluated for further training as Underwriters.

Job Responsibilities:-

Processing of mortgage loans.
Reviewing of Loan application, appraisals, verification report, insurance documents. Analyzing financial information.
Investigate credit reports, income documents (incl. tax returns) and assets.
Client interaction through email or direct calls.

Reporting to SME.
Meeting the required quality & productivity.

Candidates must be flexible to work in night shifts.

Salary: Rs. 1.8 L pa –Rs. 3 L pa
