Volunteers needed for sign-on days

Dear Members
As you already know, our sign-on days are Sat Feb 2 (10am - 4pm) and Sun Feb 3 (9am -12).
We need quite s few more volunteers to help out (even for just an hour or two) during those times.
The roles include such things as
- Welcoming new families
- helping with sausage sizzle or in the coffee shop
- taking payments (no experience with EFTPOS necessary)
- restocking the merchandise shop
- registrations
Our club runs 100% on volunteers with no paid administrative staff or committee members. Each family is encouraged to do at least 3 hours volunteer work throughout the season so this is a great chance to get it out of the way!
2013 is going to be a great year in a fantastic community club so I look forward to seeing you all there
