video player in app inventor 2

There must be a problem with the video player en app invertor 2 because it runs correctly in the emulation but it doesn't work when you install de application packed. I tried all the possible solutions given in previous forums but couldn´t find the solution. I append two images to ilustrate my point.

How big is Your video? Is it in assets? Check those issues from video help/tutorial, it might help with Your problem.

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.

I all ready tried EVERYTHING mentioned in previous forums. Is just that the in the builded App the video player does not work. But any way here goes my screen shots. The video file is only 0.5 mb

I tried your example. But I get the same problem. It works perfect using the Al Companion but when I install it in my LG Smartphone there is only a black screen instead of the video player.

I just built the example project, installed it on Nexus 5X running Android 7.1.1 and it works fine there

can you please tell us more about the device you are using? 
which Android version do you use?
then we can assign this thread to the developers...

meanwhile you also might want to try the example project on another device...
