Character encoding - is appinventor using UTF-8?

Hi

I'm playing with basic qr code reader (vCard).

Unfortunately when code is scanned instead of PL characters like żźćół i see only question marks ?????.

I checked with stock qrcode scaner - it works perfectly fine - so QR code is generated properly.

So how to make it fly for UTF-8 ?

How to help you Tomek?    You might get a better response if you show a screen capture of the blocks you are using and do a DOIT on the blocks so forum members can get a better idea of your issue.
