Combine 2 lists in App Inventor 2

Hello!

I want to combine 2 Listpickers. I now have that if you chose an answer in the first list, the second one opens up. So you get, eventually, two answers. Every combination of those two answers has an other result. There will appear a different label on the screen with every combination. 

How do I combine these two lists? I really can't seem to find it, or let it work!
