Download of "App Inventor 2 Setup on Windows" not working

When trying to install "Installing the App Inventor Setup software package" can't  find file...

clicking in "Download the installer" (http://appinv.us/aisetup_windows) give as result:

Earlier, MIT reported the server was down due to loss of power  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/power%7Csort:date/mitappinventortest/0lBFEC2lU1w/ByRBbKQsBwAJ  

Try downloading again perhaps tomorrow.   The server is still down (I just checked).  MIT is still trying to fix the issue.  Let us know when you  connect and download  please.

Same problem for me.
Want to download, but "no connection to 128.52.184.65"

Need to download, because using the Browser version i can't find the aiStarter to connect via USB!

Server still down??

It was back up, but we were hit with another blizzard yesterday. Most services are up and running but the server with the emulator software went back down. I'll post an update once we have it back online.
