A scale meter?   Do you mean a bar graph or to put an actual ruler into your app Lia?

Here are two ways to make a bar graph.

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/Bar$20graph%7Csort:date/mitappinventortest/-_m3Qe90ZiY/Jd7pOePTkpUJ    uses a button or several button controls.  The example shows a horizontal graph however the technique can be used to build a vertical graph too by varying the height of the button instead of the width as shown in the example.

If you need a 'ruler' you can use an png image of a scale next to the button or as a sprite in the canvas, depending on how you make your 'vertical' bar graph.

Is this what you wanted to create?    If not, show us a picture of what this vertical scale should look like.

Regards,
Steve

AI2's slider control ...the control that duplicates your image is horizontal and cannot be flipped to vertical.

Here is a method to 'build' your own vertical slider using a sprite and a Canvas as described by Greg  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/mitappinventortest/vertical$20slider%7Csort:relevance/mitappinventortest/jVFL_S_C39Y/L-TMAkiMO2oJ
