Fingerprint scan suport on App Inventor?

Hello, my name is Michael and I am brand new to App Inventor. I have breezed through a book and some simple sample test apps I and am looking deeper into this system to see if it can do what I hope to do with it. I am in need of an app that can scan a fingerprint to verify identity and/or apply the print to a digital document. I was hoping to use App Inventor to do this, yet have found no support or icon to do so. Perhaps it is not so in demand, or perhaps this is the wrong system to use. Please let me know!

There is no tool within AI2 to scan fingerprints.     You can try Eclipse or Android Studio, compilers that have very rich component tool boxes, but I expect they do not have a tool.
