403 Forbidden Forbidden error in Pizza Party tutorial.

I downloaded the pizza party coding so I knew it was correct. Then following the tutorial I entered the table URL, ID, and API KEY. I have checked this many times so im sure they're right.

The problem is when I press the submit button, an error comes up saying:
"There has been an error.403 Forbidden ForbiddenPlease try again."

I have made the fusion table public, I have also turned the fusion table thing on, I put in my email too when choosing people who can see the fusion table. I have done everything the tutorial says but the error keeps coming up.

Any suggestions?

I was trying to insert into a table with another account.
