track a cell phone number?    Do you mean save it?   Use a TinyDB    App Inventor cannot be used to find the geolocation of the cell phone using cell phone towers if that is what you are trying to do.

What the forum knows about cell phone numbers:

Also look for  Contact Picker, Phone Call and PhoneNumberPicker  documentation
here:  http://ai2.appinventor.mit.edu/reference/components/social.html          to give you some ideas.

also look in the MIT Gallery  (the Gallery is accessed using the AI2 browser MENU)... and search for phone  ,   cell phone etc.    someone has probably already done what you hope to do.

@ Dave      You replied by email:  i mean track cellphone number location in google map

This is not possible automatically.  See my previous post.   App Inventor 2 can only be used to provide a location of a cell phone user if the user shares his location.

If you know the cell phone location (because the owner shared the information with you) App Inventor users can post the location to a Google Map or a Google Static Map or to the map that is part of a Google Fusion Table.

App Inventor cannot use cell phone tower information to triangulate the location of a cell phone.  There is no list of cell phone numbers with the geolocation of the owners.
