Geofencing in App Inventor/Thunkable.

Thunkable is an AI clone that has diverged greatly from App Inventor 2.  The Map component used in T is very different than what is used in AI2 (uncompatible).   You should ask this 

question in a Thunkable forum.

Here is one way to do geofencing in App Inventor 2 that is exclusive of the Map component in one of the examples in this article in the section titled Complex...  The solution uses  the LocationSensor .
