unable to uninstall app

Hello

I made simple program using mit app inventor 2. the program is used for controling arduino controled house (small model) and when i installed program my phone started crashing, (i have samsung galaxy s4 GT-i9505) mostly settings. when i realized that app is causing that i tried to uninstall it but didnt work. i get error message unfortanetly, package instaler has stopped. Basicaly whole touch wiz is not working. i am using nova launcher, but i still need settings.

So, what are the error messages and can you be more clear about the circumstances?

Do you have a compiled app (.apk) that you are installing, or are you using the AI Companion for development?

Are you sure that your Arduino is paired correctly with your phone, and connected correctly in your app?

What  settings are you talking about?
