I am confused. You can try to use IE to develop your app (which does not work well), but not to run your app when it is finished. It can only run on an Android mobile phone or tablet. To access a website from within the app, you can use the Webview component of AI.

I will try to explain again
I have a website, responsive, it got CSS elements and a part of Google Maps, I did WebView by App Inventor, however, when I run on the mobile device, the App inventor runs the WebView by Internet standard, which does not work google maps, I wanted him when and WebView swirled by GoogleCrome of Cell, only choese the app Internet for Google Crome of WebView

If you just want to display your own, already responsive, website, why would you need App Inventor?
The WebView component of App Inventor is a built-in browser with limited functionality. You cannot choose another browser to run within an app inventor app.
There are various ways to display Google maps within AI using the Activity Starter component. If you are interested in doing that, search and you will find may examples. Cheers, Ghica

yes, see tip 2 here
however I would not want to install an app, which only opens any website... I would use my favorite browser instead...
