How remove title bar with appname title before screen1 show

Go to Screen1. Then Go to the designer tab. Then under Components choose Screen1 (Or the name of the screen). Under Properties uncheck TitleVisible for the grayish title bar on ur screen. You can uncheck ShowStatusBar too, so the time your app run, the status (Bettery life, signal, etc.) of your phone will go away.

I alrady unchek but still same
Screen1 alrady hide but it always show before screen1 show

The Title bar will ALWAYS show in the Designer.  It hides when you run the Project on a device or the emulator if you follow the advice Trebzin provided.  That is the way the Designer and App Inventor work.    The bar that shows in your image is not the Title Bar; that bar is the Status Bar.   You can hide that too.. just follow Trebzin's instructions above and   uncheck the ShowStatusBar  in the Screen1 Properties bin (on the right side of the browser form).
