Error 601 - Can't open downloaded PDFs

I am receiving PDFs from the website link and asking users to open with "when web1 GotFile". One of my app user informed me that he is getting Error 601 and PDFs never open.

I tested from my phone but it is actually working. What could be the solution?

there might be no pdf reader app installed on the device...

use the ActivityStarter.ResolveActivity method to find it out and display a "nice" error message instead, see also https://puravidaapps.com/snippets.php#2skype

Alternatively use the pdf extension https://puravidaapps.com/pdf.php

I didn't use activity package and class. Will it still work if I don't select a particular PDF program?
