google play - apk is not zip aligned

Hi,

I was following procedure to change app package name:

I managed to go through the procedures, but after uploading apk to Google Play I got following error:
"You uploaded an APK that is not zip aligned. You will need to run a zip align tool on your APK and upload it again."

APK without name change was uploaded to Google Play, but with changed name not due to above error.

Is it possible that error is caused by name change procedure? Or probably  I missed something during the process?

How can I zip align App Inventor apk?
