How can we move two images sprite in app inventor 2 at the same time?

That is very simple. Give them both a speed at the same time, or if you are moving them by changing x,y coordinates, just do both at the same event.

If you are still stuck after this, post some relevant blocks so that we can see where the problem is.

That is a totally different question! I think you are asking if you can drag two sprites at the same time. I tried, but I think that is not possible. Always the sprite that you touch first is the sprite that you can move, the other stays where it is until you stop dragging the first one.
