How do you download the Pizza_Party_MIT_2014.aia file on your computer

I cannot download the aia file to import into MIT App Inventor 2. Google Chrome just downloads a Html file and it 'n use internet explorer it downloads a zip file that also does not contain any aia file. Please see attached files. I'm busy following the steps on using Crowdsourcing on Science buddies to write the App. but cannot continue before I have imported the Pizza Party app on my computer.

are you probably looking at an old App Inventor Classic tutorial?
