Ayuda Help - La aplicación Instalador de paquetes ha dejado de funcionar.

Necesito ayuda. Cuando descargo la aplicación me salta un error cuando la ejecuto. Me dice "La aplicación instalador de paquetes ha dejado de funcionar".

Quiero decir desde ya que no es problema de seguridad de mi teléfono. Tengo habilitado la instalación de aplicaciones con orígenes desconocidos.

Tengo dudas si los bloques están correctos. Lo que quiero hacer en mi aplicación es un acceso rápido a paginas WEB. Solo con apretar en el botón me lleve a la pagina web.
