If you look here, you will see that the first two tutorials also apply to the micro:bit. You just need the basic BLE extension for it. I tried it a while ago and it works fine.

Then, there are some extensions to the extension, that I cannot find either.
So I tried to load the finished examples, for temperature and led, they both refuse to load.

Assuming you are attempting to directly import the extensions via the URL tab of the Import Extension wizard:

1. BLE extension: http://iot.appinventor.mit.edu/assets/resources/edu.mit.appinventor.ble.aix

2. Micro:bit extension: http://iot.appinventor.mit.edu/assets/resources/com.bbc.microbit.profile.aix

If you want to just try it out instead of building an app from scratch, we have pointers to sample projects for the LED matrix and temperature sensors:
