After the Latest Update (or maybe During...)

So, after the latest update: 

When I load the ai2 page for the first time and when I open each and every project, 
I get "An internal error has occurred. Report a bug?"

and I can no longer build any APKs...to completion...

I get a 10% complete, a 90% complete and then an error that doesn't produce any error message...

and no QR code is displayed...

Both show this error:

faultData = java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to parse file - cannot locate beginning of $JSON section

Any ideas/suggestions/thoughts???

Going to send this to someone... Before I do though, please try something first... Try opening your browser, clearing the cache, and then opening your project.  Does that help?

The update last night was to lock out secondary and beyond browser windows open to the same project.  The most recent login wins.

Do you have multiple browser windows open with the same project?

I get this same thing *every* time now.
Windows 7, Windows 8, Linux Mint 16.
Firefox and Chrome.

AI2 is really performing very poorly lately (including script errors, internal errors and corrupted projects). It wasn't like this last week..

Cleared Cache, relaunched Chrome, single browser window, opened project, same error. 

Did not try to build APK...this comes up when opening

Can you tell me the "XXX" part. That will let me examine the project. It appears that it is at least partially corrupted. I can probably salvage it. I doubt this has anything to do with the recent release.

Related error...as I try to go through my projects....and build the APK for QR code:

So, the other day I deleted the latest project...It was the one that I was building during the upgrade... Even though I lost all of the work effort for that project, it seems to have cleared up everything... All of the others are working now too... I'll be back if anything starts to go hinky again...
