One of my students opened her account last night at home and discovered all her projects deleted, and a random project that was not hers (and created in 2014 when she was in elementary school) was there. She didn't panic and came to school today to see if the same thing was true here. It was. So, now what can we do?

Contact me directly at j...@mit.edu and provide as much information as you can (Students's e-mail address where the projects should reside, any other email addresses that may be linked to her account, etc.) I'll see what I can figure out.
