I am working on a app to send file to connected device over bluetooth.

kindly have a look on attached image and suggest.

It would help if you would explain what kind of file you would like to send via Bluetooth.

Hi Abishek,
This asks for more questions: where is the .hex file coming from and where do you want to send it to? And why?? Something like a micro:bit??
In that case you need BLE and I am not so sure you would want an App Inventor app for it.

ok I am trying to answering all questions.

.hex file is coming from Arduino , i exported sketch in .hex formate.

because i want to upload Arduino sketches via bluetooth as per my requirement

have a look on attached example of .hex file  i want to upload this file via app to Arduino using bluetooth

See attached screen shot of what your "hex" file looks like in Notepad++.

There's hex, and then there's hex.

You are sending text, restricted to letters 0-F.

This is fine if you want to study internal number representations,
or a pain in the next if you just want numerical readings.

Which do you want?

Maybe it's time to show us your .ino source?

sir, 

just forgot hex and Arduino, consider we have to send a image via bluetooth from one android device to another device, then how we can develop a code via MIT
