ARCWelder Chrome add-on marked obsolete in FAQ

In search of other emulator possibilities, I revisited the Chrome ARCWelder extension.

It looks like Google dropped chrome app support, and

ARCWelder just shows a featureless pane now.

I have marked its entry in the Companion and Emulator

as Obsolete, until some one can show me a working version.
