Controlling LED with Arduino

I'm using MIT APP inventor and Teleduino to control LEDs.
I control them by opening a website link. but i don't want it to open the web browser. I want it to open the website without changing anything else. When i do it on my phone , it switches to the web browser then it opens the website.

The Web component is good for that.

See the Web Services all the way at the bottom of FAQ
for lots of examples.
