Serial Porter

I am trying to connect an OV7670 camera to the application that i made, the issue is that it requires serial porter to be able to access the camera. is there a way to solve this issue?

Does you phone have OTG capabilities (see https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/what-is-usb-otg-5-cool-ways-use-android/   ).  If your Android does have OTG capabilities , you might be able to use an OTG dongle.  Will it work with your camera?   I have no idea.  Here is a Forum discussion showing how an OTC dongle can be used with an OTG capable phone to read the content of an USB memory stick.  https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/mitappinventortest/o0qsLYhvOME/15GYseBmBQAJ    What you need to do might be similar.
