What could be the problem, as our app only downloads to 48% and then stops

Hi there,

We are doing an app for Technovation.  (due May 11!)

When we try to connect our app to our tablet, it doesn't finish past 48%.

I've never seen this before and can't find any help categories or discussions on this.

Have you tried using legacy connection? This is checkbox on the companion connect screen.

Your very long image names might be the problem.     "yellow-circle-transparent........212772.png    etc. might not be handled properly.  Try shortening the name used in your Media to  yellowcircle    and if you have more images, shorten their file names too.

Will this work?   Maybe. It depends whether you have other issues:  large images and sound files etc.

That seemed to work, but it just works to show a screen versus a working screen..  It works when we use our phones...
