Hi,

I have an aplication that send notifications every certain interval of time

the idea is to send notifications only when the user is using the cell phone, how do we do when the phone is blocked, the application stops sending notifications?
there is any extension?

Currently App Inventor apps cannot run in the background. You cannot build an app that will automatically notify you every fifteen minutes (for example) -- unless the app itself is open.
